SUNGAI BULOH, 1 Julai 2026 - Pengerusi Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK), YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom dan Penasihat Pentadbiran YBK, YBhg. Datin Dr. Hajah Hartini Osman hari ini telah melalui sesi penilaian keterampilan calon (penilaian portfolio) dan telah lulus (Terampil) untuk ditauliahkan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3 - Latihan Seni Beladiri melalui kaedah Pengiktirafan Pencapaian Terdahulu (PPT).

Sesi penilaian bermula pada jam 9 pagi di bilik mesyuarat Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Bekas Angkatan Tentera (PERHEBAT) melibatkan 3 calon iaitu YBhg. Dato' Zainal, YBhg. Datin Hartini, dan YBhg. Dato’ Seri Laxamana Prof Dr Hj Mohamad Nasir Hj Saludin (Akademi Persilatan Sedunia).

Berdasarkan sesi penilaian dan semakan portfolio yang disediakan oleh calon, penilai luar yang hadir berpuas hati dan bersetuju untuk mentauliahkan ketiga-tiga calon dengan Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 3 untuk Standard Kemahiran Pekerjaan Kebangsaan (NOSS) 'Latihan Seni Beladiri'. Turut hadir, Encik Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz (Pengurus Besar YBK), Ustaz Syaiful Akmal Addanan (Pengurus Pentadbiran YBK) dan Encik Audi Faliq Ibrahim (Pengurus Media dan Perhubungan Awam YBK).

YBK berhasrat untuk mengaplikasikan kaedah PPT untuk mengiktiraf pengalaman-pengalaman kerja karyawan melalui pensijilan SKM mengikut NOSS yang bersesuaian.

YBK CHAIRMAN AND ADMINISTRATIVE ADVISOR SUCCESSFULLY ACHIEVE COMPETENCY IN PRIOR EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING (PPT) PORTFOLIO ASSESSMENT FOR MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING

SUNGAI BULOH, 1 July 2026 – YBhg. Dato' Haji Zainal Abidin Sakom, Chairman of Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK), and YBhg. Datin Dr (h.c) Hartini Osman, Administrative Advisor of YBK, successfully completed the Candidate Competency Assessment (Portfolio Assessment) today and were declared Competent under the Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (PPT) pathway. They are now eligible to be awarded the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 in Martial Arts Training.

The assessment session commenced at 9:00 a.m. in the meeting room of the Veterans Affairs Corporation (PERHEBAT) and involved three candidates: YBhg. Dato' Zainal, YBhg. Datin Hartini, and YBhg. Dato’ Seri Laxmana Prof. Dr. Haji Mohamad Nasir Haji Saludin of the World Silat Academy.

Based on the competency assessment and review of the portfolios submitted by the candidates, the external assessors were satisfied and unanimously agreed to certify all three candidates with the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) Level 3 under the National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) for Martial Arts Training.

Also present were Mr. Muhammad Sherhan Nizam Abdul Aziz (General Manager of YBK), Ustaz Syaiful Akmal Addanan (Administration Manager of YBK), and Mr. Audi Faliq Ibrahim (Media and Public Relations Manager of YBK).

YBK intends to further apply the Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (PPT) approach to formally recognize the work experience and competencies of its employees through SKM certification under relevant NOSS standards.
