Zulhairy Jalaluddin

Chief Executive Officer

Responsible on ensuring all directives from Board of Trustees' are implemented as instructed, in line with YBK's missions and objectives. This includes to investigate, to approve and to monitor all socio-economics programs that being held. He is also in charge on managing Foundation's assets and investments. A former tutor at Universiti of Malaya (1984), private sector (1985), Ministry of Labour (1986-1990), Department of Statistics (1990-1995) and UMNO Selangor (1995-2000). He joined YBK since 2001.

Alia Zam

Senior Executive for Administration

In-charge on administrative as well as YBK's key programmes, including human resources management, coordinator for socio-economics programmes, ICT and public relations exercise. An UiTM graduate in Photography, she is the most senior officer and worked with YBK since 1993.

Rosmaiza Mohamad

Executive for Education (I)

Coordinator for human capital development initiatives such as weekend tuition programme (KUNTUM) and Asrama Kasih YBK, a specialized hostel catered for selected students from poverty-ridden family. In service with YBK since 1995.

Rozita Arbain

Executive for Finance

Officer in charge for managing YBK's financial affairs, as well as documenting all incoming and outgoing transactions. She is responsible to prepare monthly and annual financial reports according to the time period set by Board Of Trustees'. A YBK officer's since 2004.

Basharuddin Md Nor

Executive for Assets

A Bachelor of Accounting graduate from UiTM (1997) and served YBK since November 2008. He is responsible in managing all YBK assets including property rentals. Prior joining YBK, he served with various private corporations such as DRB-HICOM, Diversified Resources Bhd and Master Carriage (Malaysia) Bhd on internal auditing field.

Wan Afifah Wan Nazimudin

Executive for Education (II)

She had been with YBK since January 2008 and in charge to assist and implement socio-economic programme. Graduated with Bachelor in Political Science Management from UiTM (2008). She has vast experiences in office management and secretarial works, and used to hold interim positions within YBK.

Asuad Ismail

Executive for ICT

Coordinating all computing and multimedia requirements including hardware, software, and online services. A Diploma in Computer graduate from UPM, he joined YBK in 2009.

Audi Faliq Ibrahim

Executive for Volunteers'

Responsible for managing YBK volunteers including programme and promotional activities. He is the officer in charge for Skuad Kasih YBK (SKY), an aid programme for those in needs. Graduated from UIAM with Bachelor of Business Administration (2010). Before joining YBK, he served in management capacity at MPOB and TNB.

Norizan Cholan

General Worker

He is in charge for common clerical tasks including maintenance, meeting, dispatching and bill payments. He joined YBK since 1992.
