YBK Training Centre Kuala Selangor came into operation on 18th August 1992 as a result of educational collaboration between YBK and PNB subsidiary company, UMW Corporation Bhd. The centre was developed on YBK land with a square area of 5.46 acres in Bandar Baru Kuala Selangor, with the development costs of RM1,900,000.

The Training Centre is equipped with complete infrastructure such as tutorial rooms, training workshop,hostel,dining hall, prayer rooms and sports field. The infrastructure facilities is able to cater to 100 students at one time. Until 2007, there were 1,529 trainees from poor families who had undergone the training programs. The courses offered are;

1) Automotive Vehicle Mechanical Course (14 months) RM14,000.00
2) SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) Level I-II MLVK, Draftsman Course (4 months) - RM 7,000.00
3) SKK Level I-II CIDB, Electrical Course (3 months) - RM 4,000.00
4) SKK Level I-II CIDB, Landscape Course (6 months) - RM 6,000.00
5) SKK Level I-II CIDB and Air Conditioning Course (4 months) - RM 5,000.00 SKK, CIDB

As trainees at this training centre, all students would undergo the designated skills training courses. Apart from the training, all trainees of Islamic faith will be given fardhu ain teachings and Quranic reading class.
