YBK Skills Academy was formerly known as MLVK Gesir Accredited Centre, an institute under YBK. In early 2007, this company was placed under KUNTUM Dinamik Institute with the capital of RM200,000.00, conducting skill courses. The skill courses concerned were IT Admin. Assistant (6 months) and Electrical Wiring Certificate, Energy Commission (2 years).

The institute was established on a piece of YBK land, Lot 2871 in Mukim Hulu Bernam, developed by YBK with the costs of RM640,188.00. The costs were inclusive of learning courses, skill workshops and lodging place that could accommodate up to 50 trainers at one time. Up till now, 243 teenagers from poor families have been trained at this academy. Their study fees were either sponsored by YBK through Career Skill Training allotment under Ministry Of Rural and Regional Development or Selangor Zakat Centre.
